Parque de las Palomas

The small, newly renovated park bordering Old San Juan's Capilla del Cristo has a large stone wall with pigeonholes cut into it. Hundreds of palomas (pigeons) roost here, and the park is full of cooing local children chasing the well-fed birds. Stop to enjoy the wide views over Paseo de la Princesa and the San Juan bay.
